Weekly Rental Rates
Rates for the villa rental per week not per person and include all relevant taxes.
5% discount on bookings of 3 weeks or more.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 / $250 per week will be required at time of booking.
Balance of payment is payable no less than 8 weeks prior to rental commencement. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before commencement of rental, payment in full is required upon confirmation.
A security deposit of £250 / $400 per booking is required to cover any damage or loss which may occur.

If you recommend our villa to friends or family we will discount your current booking by 5% when their booking has been confirmed.
